Turbotax pop ups won't scroll on MacBook. I have tried changing all font and window sizes but still only shows part of the screen with no ability to scroll.

It does not matter how small I make anything on the MacBook, the pop up window still loads with only part available to see and no scrolling up or down.

Changing your monitor's resolution may let you to see your full screen. To change the resolution:

- Click on the Apple menu

- Choose system settings

- Select Displays

- choose a monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher
