Turbotax Online forever stuck when trying to update address for CA State Tax. can't make the change I want.

I'm on a page that says
"About your 2022 Tax Filing"
I select "No, I didn't file in California last year."

click next and takes me to page that says:

"Your Principal Residence Information
-is this address the same as your principal/physical resident address?"

This is where I can enter my address. 

When I click "Continue" it reloads the same page no matter how many times I do it and won't let me progress.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
