TURBOTAX NEEDS TO FIX THEIR SOFTWARE FOR IMPORTING COINBASE CSV FILES

TurboTax is charging $100 for their highest package but wants us to pay an additional $60 or more to have a 3rd party program like Cointracker that they have "partnered" with do a simple calculation for them.  They need to fix this problem and stop falsely advertising that CSV files can easily be imported from Coinbase into TurboTax and providing incorrect solutions about using a Capital gain/losses feature that DOES NOT EVEN EXIST IN THEIR OWN SOFTWARE...

Thank you for sharing this information about what you're encountering. It is our desire to find a resolution for you and others that might be having a similar experience in the program. In addition to what you've already provided, can you please note any error messages you are receiving and where you are encountering that message in the program? We will work with you towards a resolution to file your return accurately.

Literally everyone is having this error.  It says:

We couldn't upload your CSV

Please make sure your CSV file has columns for Currency Name, Purchase Date, Cost Basis, Date sold, and Proceeds, then try uploading again.
No headers found in this file

@DaraLO

What are the exact keywords for the columns in the csv file?

Why doesn't TurboTax list this information instead of me having to ask you ?
