Turbotax is not picking up my section 199A dividends to use on form 8995-A to calculate QBI deduction. What do I need to do?

It is on my 1099-DIV Box 5

Section 199A dividends from 1099-DIV box 5 go to Form 8995, not 8995-A. Do you have a QBI deduction on Form 1040 line 13?
