TurboTax Home and Business. Are management fees typically reported as non-employee compensation / self employment income? No payroll taxes were yet paid on that income.

If this is income to you, that you are asking about it, then is generally considered self-employment income to you and if over $600 you should have gotten a 1099Misc.

Either way it is still table income to you.
