not sure why since 2022 can't be efiled and neither can 2023.
Your AGI does not matter at all now. You only needed AGI in order to e-file. E-filing has been closed since the end of October. The only way to file your 2022 return now is by mail, and you do not need AGI for that.
Print, sign and date your return in ink, and mail it in.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
@gmmirando And just so you know---you are filing 2022 pretty late, so when it is time to e-file your 2023 return, you will likely need to use "zero" as your 2022 AGI because the IRS will not have your 2022 AGI in the system. If zero does not work, you will have to file 2023 by mail.
