Turbotax for TY 2023 has an inherent bug that Intuit seems to have given up on fixing. Once entered, capital gains info is not subject to subsequent edit or revision.

I spent 5 hours with 3 separate 'customer service' reps at Intuit over the past 2 days and their conclusion is that the Turbotax Premier product for 2023 for a Mac is inherently flawed and Intuit does not intend to fix it.   Instead, users should seek a refund and seek better not flawed software from a different company
