TurboTax Falsely Adding Form 8959

The threshold for Additional Medicare Tax for married filing jointly is $250,000 in combined income. Our join income is under this. Despite that, TurboTax added Form 8959 automatically. I suspect this is because I was self-employed in previous years, but I am not this year.

I cannot see the Form 8959 to remove it from my filing. It should not be there. How do I remove the form, which TurboTax added in error, and should not be there? You are forcing me to commit fraud if you don't give me a way to remove it.

If you want to delete a form in TurboTax Online follow the instruction in the following TurboTax Help Article:  How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?

FYI:  Even if TurboTax includes a section in the step-by-step or shows amounts from prior year returns from forms that aren't needed in the current year return, only the forms with information required to be filed are included in the e-file transmission.
