Contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a TurboTax support agent concerning this situation.

Thanks for your reply. I called the support line. After finally getting through 5 minutes of automation I was able to provide a callback number for them to reach me at when it was my turn in the queue. Upon answering the phone, the Turbo Tax automation was back, stating that she was sorry they missed me. The automation should be more than just a buffer for the customer support team, it should benefit the customer, or at the very least, work. Welp. I'll try again.

The problem was resolved after reaching out to a support agent.
