Turbotax does not save my work. 3rd time I have had to begin again.

if you are using the desktop version, you have to tell TurboTax to save the file.  If you are using online, it saves automatically and something is wrong with your computer browser if it does not.  Make sure you use the Chrome browser and that browsing data is cleared for all time.

If you are using the app, switch to the Chrome browser.
