TurboTax Desktop Premier 2020 software (Mac) crashes while entering Employer ID.

I recently purchased TurboTax Desktop Premier 2020 DIY software (Mac). While filling the return, it crashes as soon as I enter Employer's ID number from my W2 and press "continue". I tried updating the tool, rebooting the Mac, etc. but none helps. My Mac has MacOS Monterey (ver 12.6.5). The issue still exists. Please offer a resolution. Thanks.

You can't import to a prior year program.  Skip entering the EIN on the first screen.  Don't type the bank name or try to import it.
At the bottom pick - Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick - I'll Type it in Myself
