TurboTax Desktop keeps asking to activate and increase devices count

I've used TurboTax 2024 Premier for last few weeks and suddenly today it asks again for a license. So it finds my license from my account and then it says I used 2 out of 5 installs while it's all same machine:-(.

1 hour later I start TurboTax again and yet again it asks for activation and it's now 3 out of 5. I assume it will break 5th time. Is this a known bug? Never had this issue before.
