TurboTax Desktop goes into a spin when I try to print my CA tax return after e-file

Hi, I was successful in e-filing both my fed and CA taxes.  I decided to send in my CA taxes by mail and need to print out the required form.  I tried both the buttons here, and the system prompt "Please wait for the forms to be printing.  It will take 2-3 min.  Please be patient..."  Then nothing.

I have tried:

- quitting and restarting TurboTax

- quitting and restarting my computer, then TurboTax again.

Nothing works.

Out of curiosity, if the software doesn't work, are there other ways to send in your money?

- If I pay online at FTB.gov, would that link to the e-file I've made?

- if I send in the check, what form do I need, and can you leave me a link?  I think it's just a 1/4 page, with mailing address, my SSN, and the amount correct?  I assume I can just fill out a form to finish my CA return.

Thank you

If you pay your California tax due online, make sure to include the information requested and be sure to select that the payment was for your 2024 Individual tax return.

You can also print Form 3582, Payment Voucher for Individual e-filed Returns.  The instructions are included at the bottom of the link.  As you mentioned, you will need include your name and Social Security number or ITIN for you and your spouse if filing jointly, your address, and the amount of the payment due.
