TurboTax Deluxe Desktop for 2024 will not import from Fidelity

I am using Desktop version of TT Deluxe, and when I try to import 1099-B from Fidelity, there is no option to enter credentials.  The page says:  "Enter the information below to access Fidelity Tax forms.  Only data relevant to your tax return will be imported."  However, there is no option to "Enter" anything!  When I "Continue", the import fails because no credentials have been entered.  Please Help!

First, make sure your program is updated.  This can be done by logging into your desktop product.  Select Online in the menu on the top, and then select Check for Updates.

If that does not update your program, you can also manually update your program.

Then, see this link for more troubleshooting guidance to help you import your 1099 from Fidelity. Make sure you have also enabled third party sharing from your Fidelity account.
