Turbotax claims they "support CSV files from partners...Coinbase file will be compatible as long as it's under 250" txn. It is not compatible with GDAX(Coinbase pro)

I would just enter it manually under Personal Income > Investment Income > Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other > Add > Everything else.  Coinbase has a good export to Excel tool that shows proceeds and cost basis.

Thank you - I will have to do it that way manually. Turbotax has obviously not coordinated this with Coinbase.

Thank you for posting this info. I've been trying all night to upload my Coinbase Pro csv. Again, Turbotax lets me down for another year.

Thank you for this information.  I have spent 3 hours, including 1 hour on the phone with a turbotax consultant.  They can't even figure out what's wrong.  Misleading information on the cryptocurrency section of TurboTax is unfortunate.

I'm amazed that this issue still has not been fixed. TurboTax blames Coinbase Pro and they blame TurboTax. There are MILLIONS of Coinbase Pro customers that can't upload their CSV files to TurboTax using the import feature. What is going on here? We are not getting what we are paying for.
