Turbotax Business Disposal of Rental Property

I am using the off-line version of Turbotax Business 2022.

Under FEDERAL TAXES - Rental Real Estate - Tell Us More about the Disposal of Your Asset - Date you sold the property I have typed in 03/31/2022.  It gives me the message "Date of Dspstn has an unacceptable value".

Then if I click on the Continue button, I get the following message:

"Asset sale information must be entered in the tax year that the property was actually sold of disposed of.

You have entered a date of sale that is not in the 2022 tax year..."

I don't understand, is there a bug in the system?  We sold the property in 2022.  Please explain to me what is the problem?

Check your selected tax year carefully to ensure you either used a calendar tax year for 2022 or that a fiscal year includes the 3/31/2022 date (e.g., 11/1/2021 - 10/31/2022 would be in range).

This is the most common type of date of sale error.

First of all, did you properly enter all the asset information including the date of purchase/ how much it was purchased for etc. correctly? See this;

then

then this

then to this screen- Under Dispose of Rental property, see above

And then here it is

It worked for me, so hopefully it should work for you the same.    Good luck!
