TurboTax Advantage How do I download Turbotax?

I have downloaded Turbotax Premier from the CD.  It tells me that I need a more recent version of Mac OS, but that if I download it from the website I don't.  However, when I download it from the website I get the same message.  Can you please help me with this.

Sorry about the misunderstanding  ... to operate the downloaded or CD version your OS must be up to the task ... if it is not then you cannot use that product ... instead you would need to log in and use the ONLINE version instead.

If that is the case you can get a refund of the program you cannot use here :
