My Mac runs Big Sur 11.7.10, but my Turbotax 2023 tells me it won't run anything lower than a Mac 12.0 OS. All on line information from Intuit says Turbotax only requires a Mac 11.0 OS or higher. What do you suggest I do? I've already bought Turbotax 2023 relying on Intuit's available on line information.
If your Mac does not meet the system requirements, and cannot be upgraded to a higher OS, then you can request a refund for the CD/download and use the online software. The license code cannot be used for the online software, which has a very different price structure.
