Turbo will not file my federal taxes without me paying for them to file state and on both of them. It’s zero dollar return. I only wanna file federal

If you don't want to file your state returns, you can delete them.  

 

To delete your state tax return, follow the steps below:

 

1. Open TurboTax and select State from the menu and Continue
2. On Status of your state returns screen select delete next to the state and confirm.
