Turbo tax won't let me transmit my return cause it does not recognize a change I performed when it asked me to. Is there any way to bypass so I can transmit?

You'll have to go back and try to refix your problem or it won't transmit.   I finally ended up removing a schedule C and re-entering it before I could transmit... but it worked!
