Turbo tax will not go to section to input my interest income when I select "Update" after I selected to enter date by myself. It just sits there doing nothing ?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try clearing your cache and see if that helps.

 

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can try to manually update your program.
