Turbo Tax will not accept the document id on my ubs form

First of all the program made me reset my password and reregister the program.

Now the program won't accept the document i d from my UBS form

Customer service is non existent unless you pay an extra fee

The updates are not user friendly

I do wish the programmers would run this stuff past end users first as most of us are only savvy enough to point and click and fill in information
