Turbo Tax said everything is done and checked 100%. Next day get in email that it was rejected by the State. What is the phone number I need to call?

You can call to speak to a Turbo Tax Specialist.  We're available 7 days per week from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to TurboTax Online if you're not already signed in.
  2. Select Help (the "question mark" bubble) in the upper-right corner, and then Contact us.
  3. Enter your question, select Continue, and then follow the onscreen instructions to call us, get a callback, or schedule a call (options vary depending on your question).
    • Free Edition (without PLUS): When you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.

The above is the best and most efficient way for you to connect with the right person so that you can get the help you need.

Again for the 5th time, I need to speak to a specialist!  Or put a manager on the line!
