Turbo tax made me put in “spouse info”. I filed head of household NOT married. I triple checked but “spouse info” is still on my refund but blank

Please go back through the "Personal Info" section, something was answered incorrectly. Delete any info about a spouse.  Make sure you did not indicate that you were married.
