Turbo tax keeps changing my birthday on my tax return causing it to continuously be rejected

Go to My Info to edit your date of birth.

Maybe the IRS and Social Security have your birthdate wrong so it's not matching.  Turbo Tax isn't changing it.  What are you entering and what does it change to?

????  IF you go thru the My Info section and correct it, then click in another box on the same page, does it revert, or change to some other date on the screen while you are looking at it?

there have been other posts that are the same issue.  the birth date the taxpayer is using doesn't match the one the IRS has which it gets from the Social Security Administration.

if your sure you entered your correct birth date, all you can do is mail in your return.    then you need to contact the Social Security Administration about what to do.   most likely you'll have to visit one of their offices and bring in a certified copy of your birth certificate.
