Turbo tax keep refiling rejected 1099's with IRS and I can't delete them

I filed 6 1099's and they were rejected. I realized I entered my tax ID wrong. I corrected it and made 6 new ones and filed and it was accepted. But turbotax keeps refiling the rejected ones and won't let me delete them. Also it's really hard to get any customer service help with turbo tax which sucks.

Is this how you are deleting them?

 

If you are using:

  • TurboTax Online: see How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?
  • TurboTax Desktop:
    1. On the top right, there is a FORMS button.
    2. Click on FORMS.
    3. Locate the form you want to delete.
    4. Click on the form name.
    5. Below the form, bottom left, select DELETE FORM button.
