Turbo tax is not letting me file as head of household. I own and live in my home and claim my 13 year old child as a dependent. I am divorced
She stays with her mother 5 days a week and with me the other 2. I pay $350 a month in child support. Should I be able to file as HOH?

No. Only the custodial parent can file as HOH. The child's custodial parent is the one with whom she spent the most nights---which would be the other parent. Paying child support does not affect your ability to file as HOH.
