Turbo Tax is asking for a Schedule C address - is that my home address or the address of the company sending me the 1099-MISC for board service?

The Schedule C address is generally your home address (or the address of another location where you conduct your business, like an office space) since you are reporting income and expenses for your self-employed business. 

You would not use the address of the company that is paying you and sending you a Form 1099-MISC.
