Turbo Tax has miscalculated my refund this year. It is about one million more than is correct. How do I get the miscalculation fixed?

The refund amount is wildly incorrect.

Go back to the income section of the TurboTax program.  There is probably an error on the entry of the income and/or taxes withheld.  A comma used for a decimal point or a misplaced decimal point.

Thank you for your reply.  I have gone back over my entries 4 times for each income category and re-entered the tax withheld.  Nothing changes.

Then the other option is to delete the forms with income and re-enter manually.

Or you can clear the tax return and start over.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2024 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

Thank you.  I guess I start over.  That is sure frustrating, but thanks for the advice.

are you sure.. on small screens a comma can lock like a decimal point.
