Turbo Tax Desktop Premier - Charged me twice - need billing refund

Hello

 

I have been using TurboTax online for over a decade now without issues. I thought I ll give Desktop version a try and my experience has not been great.

 

I transferred from TurboTax Online to TurboTax Desktop (Mac) and It was missing few PDF forms (gain loss reports) that were uploaded as CSVs to online versions. This error only came up AFTER charging me to e-file State and Audit fees. But, since it was unable to e-file - I tried to rework those CSVs and uploaded them again. But, it did not even recognize the previous payment. I had to pay again to get it done.

 

My original order had $10 discount which was also gone. I need to request refund to the order below. How do I do that? Thanks.
