Turbo Tax Deluxe 2023 willl not install on my computer.

I tried to install Turbo Tax 2023 on my Windows 10 64 bit computer, it is a Lenovo Yoga that uses a ARM processor. I have tried both the downloaded installer and the CDROM that came with the package and both error out stating that Turbo Tax does not support my "Processor Type" looking at the system requirements it only states Windows 10 or Windows 11 64 Bit. nowhere does it state anything about processor restrictions. has anyone else run into this issue?

it seems per this blog in this link, it won't work with an ARM processor.  you could try support. You are correct that processor requirements are not curretnly included in MSR.

Windows 10 on an ARM 64-bit computer supports running unmodified 32-bit Windows applications but does not support  running unmodified 64-bit Windows applications.  2023 TurboTax is a 64-bit application.
