Turbo Tax bug - won't accept my Chase Bank routing number

Turbo Tax keeps telling me my Chase Bank routing number is incorrect. It is not incorrect. I have entered it multiple times.

Is the routing number you are entering one of the Chase routing numbers by state as shown on this website - https://statrys.com/blog/chase-routing-number

make sure not to use the letter "O" for Zero's
