Turbo Tax App - Cannot connect bank to app to look for deductions

I am using the "Do It Yourself" feature on the TurboTax app. I am at the point where I have filled out my Self Employment income, and I am trying to connect my bank account information to the app to look for deductions. When I click on WellsFargo (my bank), the screen prompts me to "Leave TurboTax and go to Safari?" and I click "Yes". When my Safari page opens, it is blank. I have repeated this process several times, and I have even tried changing my mobile default browser to Chrome & I get the same result. I have good wifi on my mobile device, and I have also tried turning off the wifi to use celluar data & I get the same result. How am I able to use this feature of connecting my bank account to the Intuit?

TurboTax does not have this function at this time.  QuickBooks (our bookkeeping solution) can do this and then TurboTax can import from QuickBooks but there is no direct solution for importing expenses into TurboTax.
