I completed my taxes using Turbotax Premier 2024, saved the file before filing, and started doing other things. Apple released macOS 15.3, and I was running 15.2. The MacOS was updated to 15.3, and after that, when I tried to open the file, I got this message: "The document "Tax2024.tax2024" has the wrong tax year or some other issue that prevents us from opening it. Please make sure you have the right file and try again." I called Turbotax and opened a case [phone number removed]; after 1 hour on the phone, the agent giving me support could not help me fix it or open the file. I decided to start over and try to import 2023 taxes, but I could not do it. It gave me the same error. I started from scratch, saved the new file, closed it, and when trying to open it, I got the same message: "The document "Tax2024-1.tax2024" has the wrong tax year or some other issue that prevents us from opening it. Please ensure you have the right file and try again.".
Turbo tax does not work with Sequoia Mac OS 15.3, while it works with 15.2
Has anyone seen this and found a way to fix it?
