Turbo Tax 2024 bought on Amazon and can not download

Purchased from Amazon Turbo Tax Delux Federal and State 2024.  Try to download and it turns it into a file that can not be open.  Looking for help!

Do you have the 16 digit License Code for it?

You can go HERE to download the TurboTax Desktop Software.  When you select the product, it will give you the option of Windows or MacOs for the operating system.  During installation, you will be asked to enter your License Code that you purchased from Amazon.
