Let me just start off by saying that turbotax has just lost every single bit of my business and I will never be filing with them again. And as for the sorry little turbo card you guys give out, it's just pathetic. I received my stimulus payment on a card that has been inactive since February of 2018. I had been waiting for a check in the mail, and decided to see if they were dumb enough to put it into an account which I no longer have the card for. With that being said, I did as much research as I could, expecting to be able to get a decent answer, or at least be able to transfer my funds from the turbocard mobile app, to my chime account, or my bank account, which neither is possible. So what I did was, very calmly, go too CVS, and purchase a greendot visa card. Registered the card, because as stated in the discussion forums, the only way to transfer your funds from the turbo app is to use a greendot card only. So, as I get home, and try to transfer my funds, nothing is working. The card I bought keeps asking me to register the card, which I have done 20 times now, and have also made a purchase with the card. As for my turbocard, I cannot access any of my money, I cannot transfer funds, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why in the world I cannot transfer MY funds from MY accound, into another one of MY accounts. I demand answers from turbotax. I am outraged.
