so my wife and I transferred $500 into the turbo card vault we tried to transfer it all back into our account and it said "daily transfer limit reached try again tomorrow". Not only have we not tried transferring yet today, it won't let us transfer anything! We called Turbo Card customer support they said it shows no block or limit on our account and they can't transfer for us so essentially they were quite useless, Can someone please tell me what to do since their is no transfer limit, and we haven't even tried transferring today, how do we get our money back and out of the vault???
