I'm a premier online tax user and have a question re a rental loss carryforward but everytime I call TTax the automated line says I'm a "free user" and tries to force me to sign up for support. I can't get a live person to make sure they see that I'm a paid user. And can't find another phone number for them.

Make sure that you enter the correct type of program and edition being used.
Thanks for the quick response - but despite the support request showing Premier, the call immediately states I'm a free user. And I don't use either FB or Twitter - any other suggestions?

Tried that and got the same quick response (apparently by seeing my phone number). Did get through finally to a live person by calling their tech support line but she's having trouble figuring out why I'm getting that "free user" message and not getting connected. Arrgghhh!!
