TT tax cd will not load to my pc running windows 11

Trying to attach a photo of the error message but the site won’t accept it

Try reinstalling TurboTax using the step-by-step guidance in the TurboTax Help article Reinstall TurboTax for Windows 8.1/10/11. Hopefully this will help resolve the issue.
