TT Self-Employed is now, when I'm ready to file, is $105. When I started, 26 January, the screen price was $75. Why?

Never was I made aware of price increase from $75 to $105.  Why

As it does every year, the Early Bird discount expired at the end of February. You could have paid by then to lock the price in, even if you weren't ready to file yet.  That's what I do every year, since the small print says "Subject to Change."

HAVE A MANAGER OF TT PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION - AGAIN

"

  1. After about a weeks worth of emailing or chat texting TT, on the 18 January about what the TT charge for 2020 would be, TT Case # [social security number removed] was assigned.  It was never answered.

    2.  On 26 January I started the program after your website indicated it would be $75 for TT Self Employed which I have used for years.  And the screen said it was free to start.

    3.  I did not see anything that if I didn't pay then, I would end up paying $105 plus $50 State Prep fee.

    4.  All I originally wanted to know in January was how much it would cost this year.

    5.  I would have happily paid for ALL the program costs if it was like how I stated around, 2012, with buying the program from a retailer long before I used it.

    6.  It has been about 4 years that I have used the online version.

    7.  I would like to talk with management at TT, please have a manager call.

    Thx

    Bob Tercek
