TT Premier finished Federal return but won't start processing the state of AZ, for which software has been downloaded 5+ times.

How can I get TT Premier to start processing the purchased state software?

Try this:  State install/e-file update loop: State not installed after installation or TurboTax needs to update prior to e-file
