TT Online Discount from Fidelity does not seem to be applying. I've been using the instructions, but site still wants credit card, does discount appear after that screen?

I have cleared the browser cache/cookies and made sure I have clicked the link on the fidelity page when logging in. I filed an extension for this year, and it gave me the option to skip the payment until I file, but I want to make sure I still get the discount. I'm nervous about inputting my credit card, clicking "continue" and then it charges the card on the next screen automatically.

When you started the return, was this before or after receiving this discount? As you would have needed to not started the return when clicking from the email.
