Where did you get your 2024 download? If from a vendor, reach out to them, you may have received an incorrect download link. If from Intuit, contact Customer Service to report the wrong year product.
If you do have TurboTax 2023 installed on your computer also, make sure it is not open/running when trying to install 2024.
