TT H&B. Estate files 1041-T to credit tax to beneficiary (me). TT does not ever ask for that number , so there is no credit. How to put it in?

"How to put it in?"

You, as a beneficiary, do not enter any amount from Form 1041-T on your income tax return.

Rather, the fiduciary should send you a Schedule K-1 (1041) with the amount you need to enter on your personal income tax return, which amount will appear on Line 13 with an "A" code of the K-1.

Fiduciary used TT Business for estates and it prepared the 1041 T but did not put an A code nor tax paid amount on Line 13 of the K1. There is a hole in the bucket.

I have prepared a 1041-T on quite a few test returns and the amounts flowed through to Line 13 (A) on the K-1(s).
