TT CD says it is good for 5 licenses. Is this true for state taxes as well?

I have income in two states and my employed daughter lives in one of these two states. If I purchase the TT Deluxe state for the common state, where we both worked, can she use it too w/o purchasing again? Different computers.

You can use the CD/download on any computers that YOU own.  The software includes the program for preparing state returns for any one state of your choosing; additional different state programs are an additional fee.   You can e-file the state returns with the federal returns.  When you use the CD/download software, there is an extra fee to e-file a state return.  You can avoid the state e-file fee if you print and mail the state return.
