Trying to understand why my state income tax is greater than zero

I am a TX resident, going to college in AR.  TurboTax says I owe $20 in tax to AR.  However, when I reviewed the instructions for AR state tax, it looks like my income is too low to owe any taxes.
I am not sure I want to pay TurboTax to file my state income taxes AND pay money I don't owe to AR.
How can I figure out why TurboTax thinks I have a $20 tax due amount?
I don't think I can look at the actual forms unless I pay TurboTax first.

This Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration website says that:

“Nonresidents or part-year residents who received gross income from Arkansas sources must file an Arkansas Form AR1000NR regardless of the amount of income received.”

You can review the 1040 in TurboTax Online by following these directions.

  • Down the left side of the screen, click on Tax Tools.
  • Click on Tools.
  • Under Other helpful links, click on View Tax Summary.
  • Down the left side of the screen, click on State Tax Summary to see the actual tax return that you prepared.
  • Down the left side of the screen, click Back to return.

Thank you so much! I do not think I would have found the tax returns / tax summaries.
