Trying to get my W-2 from McDonald's Corporation in Longview, Texas on Judson Road. Moved to Slidell Louisiana and have not received any mail from my previous address.

You can contact your franchise's corporate office. You can then request an address change and they will re-send the W-2 to your new address.

FYI-Mcdonald's Corporate Office at 1121 Judson Rd Ste 151, Longview TX xxxxx-xxxx. Call them at (903) 753-7259.

Also, for future reference, the post office will not forward W-2s. It is illegal to do so.
