Trying to find where to enter 1040ES payments in federal. In Deductions & Credits>Income Taxes paid. Don't see where to enter Estimated payments

You are in the right area of your return. The easiest way to enter the estimated payments you've made is to type "estimated tax payments" into the search box and click on the "Jump to" link in the search results. This will take you to the correct screen to enter them. (see screenshot below)
