Trying to add another 1099-R. When I click on the link for "I'll Type It Myself", it throws me to a blank page and sits there. The program isn't allowing me to add.

Clear cache and cookies on your web browser after you close the TurboTax program. If the problem persists after opening the TurboTax program then try a different web browser.
