"Treat Nonresident Alien or Dual-Status Alien as U.S. Resident": How must I deal with this question when my husband and I are US citizens and filing joinly?

I cannot answer this question, and I am frustrated already. Can you help?

When both spouses are US citizens and filing jointly, this question does not apply to you.
